  • Cancellations

    If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater).

    Reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for the loss of other potential bookings. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Final payments are non-refundable.

  • Check-in / Check-out

    Check-In-Time: 15:00 PM
    Check-Out-Time: 12:00 PM

    (unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request).

  • Minimum stay

    Low season: 2 Night stays
    High season : 3 Night stays
    Peak season : 5 Night stays

  • Payments and deposits

    • 50% Deposit Payment must be received 3 days after issued Invoice
    • DEPOSIT Payment is UN-REFUNDABLE
    • Balance Payment must be received 30 days prior arrival
    • BALANCE Payment is UN-REFUNDABLE
    • Cancellation must be in written at least 30 days prior arrival for LOW Season; 45 days prior arrival for HIGH Season and 60 days prior arrival for PEAK Season
